George, sorry if I lacked clarity.
Deborah as I understand it is hoping to just take her AVC now and leave the main plan intact.
I'm suggesting that if that were possible, and perhaps under certain circumstances and assumptions - even if it wasn't possible then there are some other good reasons why some people might think about taking both the AVC and main plan and take early full full time or part-time retirement now rather than wait and take what might or might not be a larger FULL pension later.
If this isn't clear let me know and I'll try and expand further.
