replying. I was interested in your case and I understand your concern.
This is a very serious matter. I have immediately written to the
Pensions Ombudsman passing your letter. I have asked him to investigate
whether you have a case.
Primarily the Pensions Ombudsman investigates complaints related to
alleged maladministration by persons responsible for the management of
occupational schemes.
Once I have heard from the Pensions Ombudsman I shall of course write
to you again.
