47.        Recital 3 to the 1997 deed sets out that

"The Trustee ... is desirous .. of replacing the 1995 Deed in its entirety by the adoption of this Deed, a Deed establishing the

money purchase section of the Plan and a Deed establishing the Defined Benefit Section of the Plan."
